Shipping and returns

Delivery

Every piece is printed after you order it. We print, check and pack your order in our Dublin workshop and dispatch it within two working days of your payment. Tracked delivery then takes one to two working days.

• Shipping costs €4.95 per order, anywhere in Ireland, and your cart shows it before you pay. We deliver to addresses in Ireland only for now.
• We email you when your order is on its way, with the tracking number when there is one.
• Your parcel is our responsibility until it is delivered to you. If it arrives damaged, see Faulty, damaged or wrong.
• If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of your payment, you can cancel it and we refund you in full.

Changed your mind

You can return anything you bought in the shop within 30 days of the day it was delivered, for any reason, and get a full refund.

• The first 14 days are your legal right to cancel under the Consumer Rights Act 2022. We give you 30 days on the same terms.
• Look at a piece and try it the way you would in a shop. If it has been used or damaged beyond that, we may take the loss in value off your refund.
• When you change your mind, the return postage is yours.
• Pieces made to your own design or measurements are different: see Custom orders.

How to return something

1. Tell us within 30 days of delivery: email support@nextera.ie with your order number (it starts with NX-) and what you are returning. Any clear message works; you can use the cancellation form, but you don't have to.
2. Send it back within 14 days of telling us, to NextEra Fab Limited, Dublin Airport Area, Newtown An Baile Nua, Co. Dublin, Ireland. Pack it well and keep the proof of postage; a tracked service is safest.
3. We email you when it arrives.

Refunds

• We refund you within 14 days of your message, once the parcel is back with us or you have sent us proof that you posted it, whichever comes first.
• The refund goes to the card or wallet you paid with, through Stripe, at no cost to you. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
• Return the whole order and we also refund the €4.95 you paid for shipping.

Faulty, damaged or wrong

If something arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, or develops a fault later, email support@nextera.ie with your order number and a photo. Sending it back is on us: we refund your postage.

• Within 30 days of delivery you can reject it and get a full refund, shipping included.
• After that we repair or replace it. If that isn't possible or doesn't put it right, we refund you or take part of the price off.
• These are your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, and they last up to six years from delivery. Nothing on this page takes them away.

Custom orders

A custom piece is made to your own design, measurements or request, after we send you a quote. Because it is made only for you, you can't cancel it or return it because you changed your mind once you have accepted the quote. If it is faulty or not what we agreed, your rights above apply in full. The Terms of sale explain how custom orders work.

Cancellation form

You can cancel with any clear message, such as an email to support@nextera.ie. If you like, copy this form into your email, or print it and post it to us.
